I had the same problems as mentioned above, but almost three years have gone by. I endet up with different error codes like there was ---> Transaction refused due to risk model (10205/Error) and another one which I can't remember now (when it first appeared I had still the support guy from godaddy on the phone) and he said it doesn't matter. To me it seems the systems in the background don't work properly together. All the codes produced were wrong because of the small amount of under 80 $ to pay! But setting up an alternative pay method for PayPal on the list of methods to pay inside the godaddy account (loged in), it failed all the times. Trying to put it on the list during the checkout and payment process it ended with errors (but inside paypal) it said OK several times.
