Today when I try to buy a new domain I got that message, so I went to paypal site to find this:<br/> <i>"We will be performing maintenance on the PayPal site from 21:00 PDT to 02:00 PDT. The site may be unavailable during that time. Thank you for your patience." </i><br/><br/>May be that's your problem too? I’ve bought a lot of domains at gaddady using paypal with no problems.
